NECESSARY DOCUMENTS

FOR SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION:

Copies of Ukrainian passports are required for submitting documents.

If the passport is of a new type - an ID card - an extract about the place of residence is added to the copies.

If the marriage is not the first - copies of divorce certificates or court decisions.

If there was a change of surnames - copies of all necessary and accompanying documents.

If the spouse is a foreigner, a copy of the passport (all pages from the first to the last) and a copy of the divorce certificate (if there was one), translated and certified by a notary (Ukrainian).

In the museum, the contract and the marriage application are filled out in two copies.

DURATION:

The name "Marriage in a day" is conditional, because everything depends on the number of applications (marriages take place one after the other) and the date of submission of documents.
 

If the marriage is with a foreigner, the procedure will last at least three days, because their documents will be checked by the Migration Service of Ukraine.

We get married in a day only if the bride and groom are both citizens of Ukraine.
